Yellowstone National Park - Day 8

We got up early, checked the weather and road conditions on YNP website, all roads listed open. We were planning to drive to Hayden Pass to look for wildlife, but the road was closed drove when we got to High Falls area. Just as we rounded a curve in the road we came across a black bear crossing the road ( CLICK FOR DASH CAM VIDEO ) on his way to the hillside to eat berries. The bear was right at the area where the road had been closed, so we just stopped in a parking lot of an attraction that was closed for the season and enjoyed watching the bear for about a half hour or so. Here are a few more video links of the bear on the hillside, taken with our cell phones. Bear Video #1 / Bear Video #2 / Bear Video #3 / Bear Video #4 . We also came upon the group of Big Horn Sheep ( Sheep Video ) again after we turned around at the closed road and headed back. There is a bear eating berries in the center of the photo
